HOURS OF OPERATION:
Tyler has been working in kitchens since he was 15, washing dishes at his local pizzeria. Originally from Fargo, ND and Moorhead, MN, Tyler has worked in many fine dining establishments over the years, scoring his first head chef position in Red Lodge, MT at the age of 26. Tyler has been in Valentine two years now, and is happy to have the opportunity to spread his passion for food. Tyler also feels lucky to have developed amazing friendships throughout his career, including with his soon-to-be wife. They have a one year old son together, and his wife and son continually inspire him to improve. Tyler hopes to see you soon at the Rosebud Room so he can whip you up something delicious.
Tyrel is a Nebraska native, who grew up on a cattle ranch South of Valentine. After years of living the “cowboy life” in “the middle of nowhere,” Tyrel decided to focus on his passion for cooking. He spent the next few years honing his skills in kitchens around Thedford and Mullen, eventually owning and operating his own bar and grill in Valentine. Tyrel is passionate about his two sons, helping others, and really great beef. He’s excited to be a part of the team at Rosebud Casino, to help bring great food and great atmosphere to the Rosebud Sioux and the surrounding area.
Theresa (also known as Tee) grew up on the Rosebud, and has always wanted to be a part of the Tiospaye (family) at the Rosebud Casino. She has been a team member since 2008, and is dedicated to helping Rosebud Casino meet its goals, as everyone grows to be the best they can be. She is now the co-manager/supervisor at the Stage Left Grill Deli and the Rosebud Room. She aims to work hard, learn every day, and strive to be the best we can be together. She’s excited to cook with the love of family, and bring new menus and a “new us” to the Rosebud Room. She’d like to welcome you for a day or an evening of shared good food, good company, and memories to be made as a Tiospaye.
